Direct debit details incorrect

Hi, my card details for my monthly bill was taken by a virgin media representative over the phone but the digits the representative has entered are incorrect so my direct debit payment will not go through. I've tried many times to change them online but have not been successful. I need help to give the correct direct debit details?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
