I’ve just been declined for a contract but yous have still took the £30 out of my bank ? How does this work

The money is held in reserve by your bank.

O2 don't have it.

It will show as pending and be returned to your account in a few days time.

@Lewi1234 Your money will be refunded to you if you failed the credit check. It may take a few days, and probably a little longer as it's a Friday. Nothing happens within O2 on the weekend.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

O2 don't have it to refund.

Money is only taken when the contract is approved, so it hasn't actually left your bank @Lewi1234
