Can't top up!

Hi!

 

I want to top up £10 in order to get a data big bundle.

 

I bought the sim from Argos and have downloaded and registered in the app

But every time I try to top up in the app or on the Web version, or by calling 4444, I get the message that the their was a problem processing my payment.

I have tried using different cards etc.

 

Eventually I discovered on a community post answer that you needed the card to be registered and to do this you had to do your first top up with a voucher?

 

So I tried to buy an e voucher from Tesco online (code gets sent to your email) but... I got the same message saying there was a problem processing my payment.

 

There is no problem with my cards and they are working normally elsewhere (normal visa debit)

 

Any solutions? Thanks!
