Hey everyone,

The more our customers understand about the way we plan, build and rollout our network, the better we can set their expectations of their own experience.

When explaining the reach of our network coverage and any local issues customers may be having, it’s important to take into account all the factors that can impact its reach.

Do you think this kind of context is useful for our customers to understand? What are the biggest sticking points for customers when it comes to coverage?

Remember, all of the images we share on this board can be shared with the wider customer community, so feel free to use these as an aid to your network conversations.

Nice one @LukasB

Very informative. Not technical so appeals to non-geeks like me and I learned a lot about Coverage thumbsup

I like this, but for us geeks it would be good to see some techy techy stuff.

I know even in Central London, getting cell sites up and running is a nightmare, and have experience of this, even getting o2 engineers out to do a network survey of the office and seeing what glass, concrete and steel do to mobile signal. It really is quite dramatic.

I know some big companies will pay for femtocells to provide mobile coverage in their offices, i think we did in the end. and o2 gained loads of customers from other networks slight_smile
