Hey everyone,
The more our customers understand about the way we plan, build and rollout our network, the better we can set their expectations of their own experience.
When explaining the reach of our network coverage and any local issues customers may be having, it’s important to take into account all the factors that can impact its reach.
Do you think this kind of context is useful for our customers to understand? What are the biggest sticking points for customers when it comes to coverage?
