I'm getting emails about this but I haven't done anything to my account? The I got another one saying someone about an order and returning my phone from noreply@s-email-02

We're just confirming that we've now added your out-of-bundle charges reduction

And another saying we've got your order

Are you sure? Only I got my 02 contract through virgin almost a year ago now so this just seemed very late and out the blue, thank you for quick reply though appreciate it

That second email looks like a scam what is the full email address?? @Jax1 

It could be something as simple as someone entering the wrong email address.

Yep, get 3 or 4 posts a day.

It's a glitch they promised to fix months ago, but this is O2
