Perhaps a strange question. I was trying to do an upgrade through myO2 (iphone8). It seemed to be intermitently unable to connect (tried mobile and wifi) but i managed to get through to pay. I then realised i needed to update my username/email. Did this (and verified) and tried to repeat the upgrade.
No updates are now available on the 'your options' page. Tried a few different ways around with no result both on mobile and laptop to no avail. My question being: is there a delay of any kind between changing email and being able to do anything? a security feature? dodgy website at the moment?

All o2 systems are running very slow due to the current situation. It may update tomorrw
