Hello, last night I wanted to subscribe to o2, I answered all the questions until I reached the payment method, then I selected the card and it gave me an error, I inserted it again and it gave me an error again, 3rd time I changed the card and paid with my wife's card, and my money was taken 3 times how can I recover that money ?? Help

Hi, This happens sometimes when payments fail with merchants.

The funds are reserved for o2, but they wont take them, and they will return upto 7 days later (thank the ancient banking system) depending on your bank you can ask your bank to release them, o2 Customer Services may be able to do this, however it usually needs to go to a back office team to do.
