my sons tariff ends 09/11/20 and we will not be renewing with you. You keep sending letters for best deals and if we do not contact you we will still be on the same tariff, WE dont want it we need to cancel but nobody wants to listen. You go to webchat to no avail you phone need to go to web site, even been to 02 shop you need to go to webchat. Please can somebody sort this and again we do not want to renew tariff with you the number for the tariff is [personal info removed] thanks
