switch to O2 but not my old phone No.

Hello, I switched to O2 from 3 and want to keep my old number.

I provided PAC code when I switched. However, the number changed to other when I recepted SIM card.

Please let me know how I can get my old number.

Porting does not take place at weekends so it would be Tuesday now before your number is transferred.

Maybe give them a call if you don't get a text message tomorrow giving you a date when the port will be actioned for you
