Does the description on the bill not tell you what it is @lili ?

If not, you will need to contact customer services to see if they can help.

Either call them on 202 from your o2 phone (or 0344 809 0202).

Alternatively, you can message them on social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Most likely it will be a premium rate message:

Guide: Have you fallen for or been conned into a premium rate scam? What to do next

But without knowing, here are some other guides about charges and avoiding them:

Guide: Tips to avoid unexpected charges on your bill

Guide: Accidental MMS Sending and How to Avoid it

Guide: Conference Calling Hints and Tips - Avoiding Call Charges

Guide: Cruise Liners / Aircraft Charges

Guide: O2 BARs

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
