Hello, i’ve got 15£ rolling plan on 1st August, and today i got text that my internet data is gone, first of all, it is impossible to use 30gb in 10 days to me.

Secondly, i’ve changed back to my 15£ big bundle, and i cant renew my big bundle to get internet, what should i do

Not impossible to use 30GB of data in one go or over 10days that's 3GB per day.. 

You will need to call customer services and ask them to reset your anniversary date all the contact details are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
