Reeived a message today Fri 17th April which stated " Unable to process my latest bill. To avoid fees update my payment details via: <link removed> (Is this genuine or a fake or Phishing)

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.
