"We're Working on it" - error

Whenever I try to access My O2 via the website or app, it always gives an error, on the app it says "we're making some improvements to the app." been with O2 for around 2 weeks now and not been able to actually use the app whatsoever, is anyone else having these issues?

An Account issue that requires O2 to change something at the back end, @Jamie01 - contact O2 via 202 if Contract, or 4445 if PAYG (08:15 is a good time to call), or contact O2 Social Media Team at one of the links just below this post. Good luck!
