Hello, I have received an email recently notifying me about charges to my old o2 account.
The thing that confused me is that I closed my o2 and disconnected my number and account from o2 in june of 2021. I left the country and don't live in the uk anymore. My number was disconnected, I closed my account and didn't receive any emails from 02 for the rest of 2021 and 2022. This year I have received emails and letters to my old address (based on what my ex flatmates have told me) saying I have charges to my account.
I'm not sure if this is a scam or there's been an admin error. Why am I being charged 2 years after closing my account? I can't even log in to my 02 account because it asks for my uk number to log in but I don't have my uk number anymore.
What do I do ?
