I was moved from Virgin to O2. When I log in to O2 with my email address it says I have no products or services. When I log in with my phone number and a code sent by O2 it shows my plan and the same email address it has just said has no services. I can't access Volt options as it will only show them if I log in with my email address. I had a previous O2 account with the same email address years ago when I had an O2 phone, so perhaps it's trying to use that? But my phone number is clearly linked with the right email address

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Try deleting the app and reinstalling.
