If you don't have insurance with O2 you may be covered by your homeowners policy.

If you have no insurance you can send it to O2 for repair, or look for a phone repair shop in your local area.

yeah iv got insurance with O2 the website was a bit of a minefield for finding a link to submit a claim, but after checking out the link in your reply i see i can only do it over the phone, il give them a call tomorrow. thank you for the info
