Hi I am the parent of the phone user (my daughter).  I pay the bill. 

However my daughter now works on board a cruise ship in America

We were shocked to receive a huge bill!

As I am not technical, I am unable to understand how to sort.  Unfortunately, my daughter, who is at sea, is unable to received the text message to her phone in order to get in to My02.

I desperately need to speak to a human to help resolve this huge problem please.  How do I do this?
