operator determined barring

I get Operator determined barring every time I text an Irish number. Can anyone advise me how to sort it? I have a very old Blackberry.

Without know what part of Ireland you are calling, you may have you got a spend cap on your account? Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2
