Been with o2 twice and each time receive lots of scam calls and texts. Never had the problem with Asda, EE or Vodafone. Is it just me or are o2 more vulnerable to scammers?

Nope, it goes round in circles, at the moment o2 are doing a very public migration of Virgin Customers, so scammers are taking publicly available data and using it to scam people..  It doesnt take long to make a CSV file with an entire number range, pump it into a dialler and find one gullible person who then gives away all their data..

or just wait for people to post there number on public forums, and then you have it a direct o2 customer..

Its a very simple Social Engineering scam

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You need to check your marketing preferences in your MyO2 as O2 will sell your number if you've given permission.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
