Solved: o2 app on a samsung s10+ phone

hi i hope some one can help, i just downloaded the o2 app on my phone , i just tryed logging in , i put my email address and password and it still will not let me in, i can log in to my account on the internet ok but its the phone can some help yours m taylor

Try deleting the app and start again, but if that doesn't help, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
