I have a new phone (Samsung A20e). I couldn't transfer the old sim into the new device because it takes a different size sim, so got a new O2 sim for the new phone. I swapped the sim and my old number seems to have transferred successfully to the new device. But I can't tell My O2 that my phone has changed: they have the old one registered and I can't find any way of changing it. Is there a way? Does it matter?!

It doesn't matter.

It will update itself eventually.
