new contract and eSIM issue abroad

I switched from Vodafone to O2 yesterday and was trying to activate my eSIM, however I am still on hols out of UK, would it be possible that the activation does not work as I am abroad ? thx

It should work if you're doing it through your MyO2.

If not, contact O2 -
