my o2 app

Hi I have Nokia Lumia 1020 with windows phone 8.1, and it wont let me download the app despite having the latest phone update. Any else having this problem?

Try clearing your browsers history , caches and cookies first. Then turn your phone off and back on and then try to download the App.

What error messages are you getting or at what point is it failing?

It installed fine for me on the Nokia 1020 loan phone a few days ago. It may well have been down for maintenance if you tried it late at night.

Hey,

Thanks all for your inciteful responses.

I'm now pretty sure it must be because I'm all set to US settings so that Cortana works for me, so I will temporarily switch it back to UK and try and download it. If it doesn't work I shall be back on, but I shall thank you now in advance.

FYI I was accessing the app through both the app store, and via the preinstalled 'o2 recommends' app, both said the same thing once on the download page 'This app is not available for your device'.

I hope I don't have to choose between Cortana and my O2!
