I have two accounts.  One PAYG the other PM.  The My o2 App on the pay monthly phone only returns the detail for the PAYG account.

 

how can I get usage for the PM account?

You need to contact O2 to reset your pay monthly account.

Hi if both of them have two different numbers, then you can view your usage for both account on your O2 app. When you login to your app, you will see that on your first place you have the number of your PAYG. Near the number you will see some arrow, when you press on it, the will be a drop down and two numbers will appear. One will be for your PAYG while the other will be for your pay monthly.
Select the number that is for your pay monthly and you will notice it's usage.
