my mobile number used as contact on an old o2 account

i wish to remove my contact number from an old my O2 account so i am the primary contact on my new account

until it is not associated with the old account i cannot change the new account that has all my familys numbers on

You will need to get the owner of that account to remove your number, as no one else can action it or request it.

They can do this by calling o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from any o2 phone..
