Solved: my 02

My contracts migrated from virgin. I wish to get them on my existing My 02 so I can see everything. One of My virgin numbers is [Removed] and my 02 number is [Removed]

Account merging is not currently possible until all the Virgin migrations are completed.

Regrettably we have been informed that O2 have suspended the merging of accounts into one place whilst the transfers from Virgin are happening.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
