I was told when I joined O2 that I would be able to keep my old number I had with Virgin. When will this switch back?

Did you give o2 a PAC code to move your number from Virgin to o2?

If not then you need to get one from Virgin and give it to o2.

If you already gave o2 your PAC Code then you it may be worth checking with o2 that it has been processed If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
