Any idea why I am suddenly getting 'mms not supported by network' message.  I don't have a new phone nor have I changed my contract etc

Have you got mobile data turned off?

If you mean switch off and on again, already done.  Just seems to have been the last few weeks.  Have tried sending Active to 2020 but just get message back saying sorry we are busy, try again.  Extremely frustrating.  Don't want to have to resort to ringing O2 given the shortage of staff these days.
