Hi can anyone help me with merging my two my02 account together ??, because i am having a right nightmare trying to do it with no joy with o2 customer service on the matter lol , any help would be most appreciated.

To do this you need to log into one account using a browser on a computer.
Once logged in, you need to look for the "bring in other products and services" link.
This will ask you to log into the second account and confirm the merge.
Please note, once this is done the only way to split them is to close one of the accounts completely.

hi gmarkj i just tried and there is no bring in products all it says is add products and from there all i get is, choose another number this account has myo2 already ,but thanks anyway.

Click on "More" then "Update personal details"
Enter the security code sent to your phone on the next page then select "My O2 products and services"
Bring in other products is on the right of the next page.

This option is not there anymore, just add products and when trying to link my dad's account it says that the number is already registered.
Why are O2 making this more difficult that what it needs to be?
