lost phone/not able to access o2 account

hi,

 

i have unfortunately lost my phone. i am therefore trying to log into my o2 through my friends phone. however it’s not working and is saying i’m unable to access my account. this is problematic because i am currently in guatemala so am unable to go into an o2 shop. is there any way you can help with this?
