Hi , i am trying to link two my 02 accounts to become one. There is only one option to do this and not the option for when there are already 2 accounts. "bring in products from another account" option is missing ! can anyone help please

We recently found out that it was only possible if the first account is a monthly contract, not PAYG.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Shouldn't be an issue at all then.

If you're missing the option, ping O2 on social media and they'll sort it for you.
