Hi there: if it is an unknown letter

why press the link?

This is always tricky and regret later.

It's the email you receive when you can't access My O2

You will need a different email address that you normally sign in with

Yes it is legit.

Just had the same myself.

O2 messed up everyone's account access when they migrated customers to the new billing system. This is required to regain access.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I got the same letter a couple of weeks ago. I tried the link but it says "To get started, please enter the O2 phone number that received this SMS."

I haven't received the SMS yet even though the letter says I will get one in a few days. Got the letter 2 weeks ago.

I can login to MyO2 but it only shows my email and mobile number. No bills, usage, etc.
