Number ported - took 6 days - 4 weeks later I still cannot receive calls or texts.
After 5 lengthy calls trying different resets and promise of calls back I have been told there was a fault with the mast in my area. Requested to cancel and was told I would need to pay termination charges on my 23 months T £12 PER MONTH. £276 AND NOT HAD ANY PHONE CALL OR TEXTS. O2 NOT THE COMPANY I EXPECTED OR WOULD RECCOMEND. Also I have been registered for updates (not sure how when I cannot receive calls and texts) the next update is 15th October..........(now 28th September and number ported 26th August.)
