Phone got stolen and trying to make insurance request but dont have the origial box. 

Does 02 have my imei no and how can I find this?

Check in My O2. It should show you the IMEI number there https://www.o2.co.uk/help/apps/my-o2-app 

Or any emails you received when you bought the phone.
