I upgraded 3 weeks ago and paid of my contract. My phone has still not been dispatched and is being ordered. Will I be given a discount as it’s going to be more than a month and I paid off the remaining  contract weeks ago.

There's no iPhones available due to Apple manufacturing issues.

All networks are affected so I doubt any discount will be available.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
