Please recently I accepted the 40% discount O2 is doing and they said I would have some gifts as a result of the discount like a free watch . All of a sudden I get emails from them that their dispatching to me an IPHONE that I did not order which probably costs money and I’ve been trying to get in touch with O2 but their not responding to my calls . How do I get in touch with O2 because I need to cancel this order?  . My parents pay for my O2 so their really upset with me because they did not know about this transaction. Please can you call me so we can talk about a solution to this serious problem I have because they cannot send that iPhone to my home address I basically would not accept it because I did not order it .

It's a well known scam.
O2 are not offering 40% off or any free gifts.

Unfortunately you have been scammed.

You need to report it to the police and O2.
Ways to report here including Action Fraud website

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
