i can’t access my o2 app it says i don’t have any devices registered to it meaning i can’t access any of my bills or anything so i’m not sure what to do as i literally can’t access my account

Have you tried the browser version of your MyO2 account, @jd14?

- If you can login to that ok, you might need to force-stop your MyO2 app, uninstall and reinstall, links here: https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-o2
- If you cannot login using your browser either, then reach out to O2 via Social Media, links below.
