How do I get the phone to ring for longer before the answerphone kicks in?

Set divert to voicemail and then time

It always says the same when I try it but never changes from "undefined"

It worked fine for me and gave me the option to set it to 40 seconds

I get options up to 180 secs but none work, so I gave up!
