Hello

I had to order a new handset last night due to my current one giving up. When I ordered the handset it was listed in stock, a half-hour later I was informed it wasn't. Is it possible to change the handset order to a change the colour to one that is in stock as I need the phone for work?

You would need to contact o2 customer services.
All numbers are in this guide:
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Coronavirus-Covid-19-Community-Help-and-Su...
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
