I was recently a victim of Fraud, this person purchased an iPad pro, i contacted o2 immediately 13th June, but this item is still appearing on my account thanks

It seems to take fraud a long time to deal with these issues

 If you haven't done so already, you need to contact your bank, and the police. You also need to get back in touch with o2. Numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support Use the Fraud option to get through. Best time to call is 8 am.
