fraud on my o2 account

i contacted o2 today to tell them that i have been scammed. they said change my password and question which i did.  they said there had been no activity on the account and to keep check on it. i later found someone had ordered a phone and other accessories on my account. i rang them again and they said that they would stop the order. I have looked at my account again and it says tat the order is out for dispatch by dhl. have tried to contact someone but they are now closed. can anyone help me.

The system is automated so there's nothing that can be done to stop it.

Change any other account passwords that use the same login details as your MyO2.

Take delivery and return it to O2 yourself.

Do not hand it over to anyone else at all, even if they claim to be plain clothes police officers.

Inform your bank of the fraud too and report it to action fraud.

@SO1 You need to inform your bank and the police asap. It's a pain to do, but you should change all your passwords. All of them.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Contact O2 again first thing tomorrow (from 8.00am) abd tell them the situation and they will bar the phone.

The fraud team will investigate, which may take some time, but eventually your account will be returned to normal.

Give O2 the reference from the action fraud report too.
