New phone arrived. Esim requested on new phone. (iphone 11) All data etc transferred to new phone but not recognising esim. Old phone is iphone 6 plus with ios 15. Info states ios 16 or more required for new esim to go through process and recognise new esim. No QR code to scan with new phone. What do I need to do?

O2 don't support esim transfers so you need a new esim pack from O2, in store (with photo ID) or in your MyO2 if you're on the new billing system.
