hi i am having connection problem to get on my phone what app and internet not working. ive follwed all steps reset network settings and also turned phone off and on. i last sent messege on my phone what app at 12 midnight after that ive lost connection. ive put my sim in another phone and it is working. taken my phone to the shop they said no problem either. can you help?????? is thier service problem in my area that i work at i work in se1 in london.
