Hello, currently I have a 2years contract with O2 since June 2018 till now.

Whenever I visit the South Korea which is my homecountry, I had to pay for aboard bill which is £35.04.

I am planning to go to South Korea for 2 month from this month to end of the May, however I don't want to pay for this aboard fee and If i could do freeze for a while of using my phone usage, Can I freeze for a while?

@Sua

You cannot do that, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Sua You cannot freeze your monthly payments. If you want to avoid roaming charges while you are abroad, remove your O2 sim and use a local sim in its place.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
