change number

I rang up Saturday to change number and the guy said ok.

I dont seem to have had the change of number, phone doesnt work outside of home wifi

any ideas please?

I have been onto O2 and they are useless, he wants me to go to a shop (i have a broken leg).

My number change has not happened so he said he would order a new sim.

Then he said he couldnt do it, then he wants me to register disabled.

So so frustrated to say the least.
