hey 

i have 2 number on my account. both lines are active however i would like to separate accounts as my wife can access her details and she can pay herself

Your wife will need to setup a contract in her own name, and pass all credit and affordability checks, and the you will need to contact o2 to migrate the number to your wifes account. 

You will also need to pay off any device plan or minimum term (if not on refresh) before this can happen.
