cant answer phone calls

Why cant I answer calls,  phone rings, tells me whose ringing, but where the green answer button is. its orange, and the red off button doesnt react either,  Its making calls. just cant answer them

Not sure why your answer button is orange but you should be able to answer calls by pressing vol up and reject with volume down (select options in accessibility settings).

I'd try clearing the cache from your call app to see if it helps with the button issue.
