Hello,

while I was in the Uk I registered to VirginMedia and as part of the contract I also became a member of O2. However, once we started to prepare to move abroad I called virgin media to cancel my registration and it was told to me that my O2 account will also be cancelled automatically but the payments are continued to be completed from my debit card. Right now, I am not in the Uk and I cannot find my o2 SIM card, I believe I lost it during my moving phase. I would like to cancel my registration as soon as possible please.

Then you need to follow the details in this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract  and then contact o2 on +44 800 902 0217 or +44 344 809 0202 and they can take any termination fees and cancel the account.
