- Hi I was just wondering if I've purchased the iPhone Xr like new phone in coral. I put details in and payment formation. But when I got the email saying its in my basket I went to confirm it. It said you can't upgrade if you've already purchased the phone. So I'm a little confused

It certainly seems like the purchase has been completed.
Failing any email confirmation, I would give customer service a call to confirm.

It may be the fact it is not the s version of the telephone.
